Verdict

Nahab was engaged to run at Yarmouth yesterday but is facing a tough task if he does take part and DIRECTORSHIP is preferred. He failed to win last year but was placed in better company on more than one occasion and today's drop in class can see him back to winning ways. Poltergeist has been hard to keep right but is potentially well handicapped on his return from a lengthy absence, while recent winners Merchant Of Medici, Boom And Bust and Edgewater all have claims ahead of Avon River, whose last two wins have been in plating company.
