In depth

Verdict

Frontispiece has won twice around here and has been racing in better company. Amir Kabir has been finding 1m2f too short but soft ground will aid the cause of Mark Of Gold, who completed a double in those conditions last summer. Duke Of Condicote appears to act on any going and kept battling away at Doncaster while Garden Paradise will be losing her maiden tag soon and makes her handicap debut. Sociologist has won twice already in recent weeks and continues to go well but if PRIDE OF ENGLAND, who has only run on Polytrack and won at Lingfield in March, adapts to the conditions he can score from this mark on just his fifth start.
