    In depth

    Verdict

The progressive Miramichi landed a double at Haydock with his latest success and is upped a further 5lb. Classy Dame has won three times so far this year though wasn’t at her best on the all-weather last time while Dromquinna has been thereabouts lately and drops down in class. But CLAY has the most scope having been gelded since finishing runner-up at Lingfield early in the year and the Hannon charge is taken to show further progress now handicapping.
