      Verdict

      Dreamboat Annie escapes a penalty for winning an apprentices’ race at Leicester but is upped a couple of grades. Goodnight Girl won a novice event at Windsor and went close back in a handicap at the same track last time but POWER TO EXCEED is less exposed. The latter won a novices' races at Carlisle with a bit to spare and further progress is expected now handicapping. Belated Breath never figured in a tougher sprint last time but has a chance on an earlier success at Nottingham.
