      Verdict

      AL MUSTASHAR is out of a dam that has produced winners with all three of her offspring to race and he’s a half-brother to Prize Money, who beat Postponed in a Group 2 at Meydan earlier this year. Undoubtedly, he’ll do better over further in time but this looks a decent starting point for a colt who has an entry in next month’s Gimcrack. Newmarket third Tathmeen and the once-raced Qayes are likely to prove the pick of those with experience with the latter slowly away on debut, though Reverberation showed some promise at Salisbury and the extra furlong will suit.
