      Verdict

Bugaku, Ballisodare and Nemo Spirit are the three that catch the eye here with Ballisosare taken to make a winning bow. Sir Michael Stoute's Bugaku is respected, being a son of Montjeu out of a winning mare. However, her breeding would suggest a loner trip may be needed for her to show her best and she is passed over. Nemo Spirit shaped encouragingly on his Sal;isbury debut, staying on well to take third. Today's conditions look sure to suit but he is another who may need further to show his best. Peter Chapple-Hyam may be having a relatively quiet time, but his Ballisodare looks a very interesting newcomer. He hails from a very good family, who have won at both sprint and longer distances. a chance is taken that he will have too much speed for some of his stouter bred rivals. Ballisodare can score here.
