In depth

Verdict

Onward Route has made the frame in all five previous starts here but is now 0-9, though Brian Hughes keeps faith with Rebecca Menzies’ runner. Rory And Me needs to bounce back from a poor run at Wetherby so this can go to BOB’S BAR, who has been running well under penalties since scoring at Hexham in October and will again benefit from Theo Gillard’s 5lb claim. Third here last month, Vintage Fizz is improving with experience and looks the pick of the remainder.
