Kevin Ryan has found the key to Up Tempo and he can extend his run of good form in this company; stablemates Onlytime Will Tell and True Night are others worth noting in the betting market, while Triple Zero also makes appeal from those likely to be available at longer odds. Triple Zero has a solid chance of reversing recent form with True Night on these terms and it is interesting that she makes the long journey up to Newcastle rather than stay closer to home fulfil her alternative engagement at Warwick. A move for her should not be dismissed lightly. Onlytime Will Tell is very well treated on the best of his form and has to be on the short list. His rider's claim does him no harm and it will be surprising if he is not in the firing line near the finish. However, Up Tempo is on a high at present and, as he gets on very well with his rider, he is fancied to be the one they will all struggle to get past on this occasion.
