Verdict
Groundworker has won twice on the all-weather, both here, and he returned with a very good run at Southwell. Who Told Jo Jo battled to victory at Yarmouth last week for which he's penalised but has never won on the all-weather in a dozen starts including three on Tapeta. FUEL INJECTION won a minor handicap here in March, when Monsieur Mel wasn't far behind in third, and has had no luck subsequently. His rider lost his irons at Wolverhampton next time then he unshipped his rider on leaving the stalls back there last month so compensation awaits. Hisar's only victory in 22 starts came on this surface at Wolverhampton and he's still higher in the weights.
