        Verdict

        Odd Socks Havana won twice here earlier in the year before going close again at Wolverhampton. He narrowly beat Masham Moor over track and trip in March but the latter has failed to build on that effort and SPIRIT OF BOWLAND is preferred. Stella Barclay’s charge landed a double when successful at Southwell despite having to wait for a clear run and a 4lb rise may not be enough to anchor him in this.
