        Verdict

        Glen Innes, Miss Adelaide and Hana Dee are all shortlisted in the finale with a chance taken on the last mentioned. The filly from the Mick Channon yard is fit from a run on the all-weather and is sure to be suited by the step-up in trip. She is a big scopy type who is clearly well-regarded as she went off as favourite on her debut last season, and looks worth taking a chance on at likely attractive odds. Glen Innes is sure to be all the rage here and this well-bred filly from the David Loder yard merits plenty of respect because of the strike-rate of the trainer in these type of events. The market will provide clues on how strongly she is fancied on her debut, and if she is supported it might pay to take the hint. Miss Adelaide is the other to catch the eye as she has shown promise on all her three starts to date, and with the step-up to a mile in her favour she could be very interesting. However, Hana Dee could be the answer in a difficult race for punters to call and she is given the vote.
