    Verdict

    Although her quartet of opponents are relatively unexposed, ACT YOUR SHOE SIZE is progressing nicely and came with a late flourish to score over this trip at Catterick. The ground was soft that day which may not have helped Schmooze, who had scored very easily on fast ground at Yarmouth, but the winner should again have the upper hand and also has the measure of Flurry Of Hands, who finished fifth. Bedlam had shown real promise on her debut at York but flopped when a short-priced favourite at Carlisle and didn't run well on her latest start at Doncaster and like Priestley's Reward she makes her nursery debut.
