        Verdict

        JUST SAM won a handicap over the C&D last May off a mark of 68 and is down to 55 here. She produced her best run for some time at Thirsk on Saturday and a similar display should see her home. Cross Of Lorraine likes it here and landed a handicap over the minimum trip last summer. He was going on at the finish here last time and should be in the shake-up. Red Scintilla had Weetentherty just behind at Carlisle on Monday and neither look good enough while Here Now And Why has never fulfilled early promise despite dropping massively in the weights.
