        Verdict

        POPPY IN THE WIND won over track and trip on her penultimate start but never figured upped in class last time. She should go close again back at this level while Wolverhampton winner Richter Scale has an apprentice’s allowance helping his cause today after struggling at Southwell. Lotara was not beaten far when fourth here a fortnight ago and won a maiden over course and distance earlier while both Tailwind and Fredricka may finish closer dropping down a grade for this.
