        Verdict

        DRAGONS WILL RISE has now won three of only four outings here after scoring over course and distance with plenty to spare. He looks capable of defying a further rise in the weights on that evidence. El Picador won at Hamilton when last in action but that was back in May while Wolverhampton regular Hooflepuff remains 7lb higher than when last successful. Simple Star will be sharper for last month’s comeback while both Velma and Star Of St James step up in trip.
