At the rear of the field from a wide draw at Lingfield last time, RECKLESS WAVE (NAP) made up plenty of ground to win over today’s trip and looks good value for a narrow-margin success. She is less exposed than recent Redcar runner-up Exclusive Diamond, who had earlier finished behind Kicking The Can when the latter was second over track and trip. Allfredandnobell finished closer in maiden company last month and Free One will take advantage of a slide down the weights before long.
