Verdict
There shouldn't really be more than a couple of them get into this and we take Imperial Dream to follow up his recent course win, with Fayrway Rhythm and Carriage Ride others to consider. Imperial Dream should be suited by conditions here and the step up in trip will also be to his advantage. He battled on gamely last time, goes well for David O'Meara and we expect the pair to come home in front. Fayrway Rhythm has not achieved the same level of form of the selection thus far, and comes here after over seven months off the track. He goes well with cut in the ground, though he is stepped up in trip, which will probably help him, and he can get closest to the selection. Of the remainder, Carriage Ride likes it bottomless and also this sort of trip. Nicky Richards' runners are going well, so the gelding can prove straighter for that first run of the season at Hexham recently and get involved. Nevertheless Imperial Dream showed enough here last time to suggest that he can add to that success.
