Verdict

This may well turn into a war of attrition and that will suit FATHER SHINE, who has won over further under NH Rules and outstayed his rivals over a slightly shorter trip at Ayr last month. Kathlatino only won over 1m4f here eight days ago but has been placed over 2m4f over hurdles. Beat The Shower is 2lb lower than when second over 2m at Catterick in October but is on a long losing run and isn't getting any younger. Phase Shift won twice over hurdles last year but was disappointing over the winter and well beaten on her return to the Flat at Musselburgh.
