Verdict

KINGDOM BRUNEL gets closer with every start and has only found one too good over track and trip the last twice now. A first-time tongue-tie should bring improvement and see David O’Meara’s colt off the mark today and he’s preferred to Merweb. The latter made the frame at Wolverhampton last week and should be in the mix again while Thiobraid Arann may do better back over a mile for this having struggled over 1m2f last time. Sweet Nature finished closer at Chelmsford on her latest start but still needs a big step forward to figure in this.
