In depth

Verdict

Placed over 1m2f here earlier, Sugarloaf Mountain showed no improvement stepped up to today’s trip last time. It remains to be seen if BLUSHING RED fares any better as he attempts 1m4f after just missing out over shorter at Wolverhampton on his reappearance but Ed Dunlop’s colt still gets the nod in an uncompetitive opener. Highwayman has plenty to find on these terms but Tambour posted his best effort so far over today’s distance at Kempton on his penultimate start.
