In depth

Verdict

Our Idic Boy scored over track and trip back in November though is 8lb higher today having found one too good at Ludlow subsequently. It remains to be seen how FREETHINKER copes with a hike in the weights after winning over a shorter trip here last month but he has his favoured ground again and is taken to confirm running with fourth-placed Bonny Houxty. Ribeye looked sure to be involved in the finish at Catterick recently but fell at the last but Geonice has struggled since winning at Hexham in October.
