Verdict

The three to note in this amateur riders race are Hurricane Thomas, Grandad Bill and AMAZING KING with the vote going to the last named. The selection has been competing in hurdle races over the past month but was in winning form on the level at Yarmouth in July. He still looks potentially well treated and is sure to give his supporters another good run for their money. Hurricane Thomas won at Beverly last month and lost nothing in defeat at Warwick last time out after finishing second to Sceilin. He continues to hold his form and another bold bid is expected. Grandad Bill never knows how to run a bad race and is rarely out of the frame. He was a good winner of a competitive race at York on his penultimate outing and can once again enter the frame. Amazing King looks well treated and gains the narrow vote.
