In depth

Verdict

NOBLE STAR hasn't run since his debut at Newmarket in April but the 130,000gns son of Acclamation wouldn't have been sent on the long journey here without good reason and he could outclass these. Song Of Shadows has an even longer absence to overcome but he showed potential for Godolphin in June of last year and his new trainer places his horses very well. Napoleon Solo had been looking as though a victory was imminent before a poor run when favourite here earlier this month but it's difficult to get excited about the prospects of the remainder.
