Verdict
Sahem who won a bumper at Sedgefield and made a pleasing debut over hurdles when second behind the highly regarded Simply Supreme he will have improved for that experience and he is taken to beat Il Cavaliere who has the form in the book to win but does not look the most resolute when the pressure is fully applied. Little Sport is also one to consider and his recent form when third behind Silver Knight out stands up well in the context of the race. Blakeney Coast looks the stable's second string on jockey bookings. Island Faith was a fair bumper horse and a market move for this his hurdles debut would be significant. Young Claude is a half brother to Young Kenny but is sure to do better in time. The remainder that have run need to improve while the debutantes will probably come on for the run.
