      Verdict

Palazzo’s recent success at Southwell came in a lowly classified event though this isn’t much tougher. Kodi Koh has been thereabouts over 1m2f here and finished ahead of Melabi earlier, though a speculative vote goes to the former’s stablemate AMOOD. Simon West’s charge has tumbled down the weights in recent months and a placed effort over 7f here last time suggests he might be capable of winning off his current mark. Mime Dance won at Lingfield last summer and may prove best of the rest on that form.
