Verdict
Norman Mason's string are in peak form at present and Red Hot Indian in a weak race holds every chance over a trip and on ground which should be ideal. This is in contrast to Mill Emerald who although cannot be discounted in this company has better form where there is cut in the ground. The application of blinkers are a worry on Runaway Bishop who has plenty to find over this shorter trip while the old boy, Supertop is not getting any younger at the age of 14 but has good form on quick ground and enjoys racing at this track. Barley Meadow is another with conditions very much in his favour and he is racing off a favourable mark and has to be one for the short-list. Sylcan Express in not one to always rely on but at his best could play a major part although the one to be on may be Jordan's Ridge who is a model of consistency although has yet to find the winner's enclosure.
