      Verdict

      A prolific winner in France before joining Ivan Furtado, MALASPINA (NAP) has won both starts for her new yard. Her earlier success came over track and trip and the handicapper may not have her measure just yet. Nick Vedder has been threatening off today’s mark recently and Florencio finished a long way in front of a below par Mujassam when third at Southwell last time. Testa Rossa has a shout back over a mile today but Lagenda hasn’t won since landing a maiden back in 2015.
