    Verdict

GALLIC GEORDIE has returned from a lay-off in fine form and landed a hat-trick with a convincing success at Newbury last time. He has a hike in the weights to overcome but drops in class and Sam Drinkwater’s charge can continue winning ways. Both Treshnish and Rollerruler won their penultimate starts but struggled off higher marks last time and it remains to be seen how Da Vinci Hand copes with a 4lb rise for winning at Catterick recently. A point-to-point and hurdles winner, Time Leader makes his chasing debut.
