      Verdict

      Yorkindred Spirit has her seventh run in as many weeks but this is tougher than the race she won at Yarmouth on her penultimate start. Southern Storm has been winning over shorter trips on the all-weather though failed to land a hat-trick off today’s mark at Brighton back in April. PECKING ORDER romped home in a maiden at Ripon last year and was raised 9lb for her trouble. Beaten in better company than this on last month’s belated reappearance, James Fanshawe’s filly may yet prove competitive off her current mark and gets a speculative vote.
