In depth
Verdict
Kicking The Can has every chance having finished runner-up over track and trip in this grade last time. But GRANDEST looks to have finally slipped down to a winning mark judged on a recent short-head defeat at Redcar and he gets the nod to go one better in a poor contest. Kerry Icon has finished a bit closer of late and Gold Show slides further down the handicap but it’s difficult to make a decent case for any of the remainder who are all struggling at present.
