    In depth

    Verdict

Royal Rock, Dressed To Dance and Pennyrock are the three to look at here, with Chris Wall's Royal Rock the selection. Dressed To Dance has been off the course for three months since winning twice at Wolverhampton but is still attractively handicapped here. He sports a visor for the first time so more improvement may be forthcoming and Nigel Tinkler's charge can go well. After creditable efforts in defeat, Pennyrock lost his maiden tag with ease at Catterick last time. He has not been over-burdened here and looks sure to go well off his light weight. After staying on well at Wolverhampton, Royal Rock crushed his field at Lingfield last time. The fourth has come out and won since, so the form looks solid. Royal Rock looks capable of further improvement and may be a step ahead of the handicapper.
