        Verdict

This is tougher than the race Oscar Doodle won here last month while Crazy Maisie placed here last time having won over track and trip before that. JOMONT has slipped down the weights since landing a course and distance double including this race last year. He showed signs of a revival over a shorter trip at Ayr last time and a bold bid is expected. Bearwith looks high enough in the weights now while Barenboim has switched yards and undergone wind surgery.
