Sipahsalar has improved with each run and scored comfortably at Ayr though he's yet to encounter soft ground. Spirit Of Applause was narrowly beaten three times before getting off the mark at Ripon but could never get involved in a lucrative event at York and finished last. Hobson Point still looked green in a novices' race on the Knavesmire but finished behind Project Black, who made a promising start. SCOTTS' MOON missed the break at Haydock but stayed on nicely and normal progress can see him off the mark though Rodborough made a bright start at Newcastle and Ti Amo Sempre should be winning soon.
