      Verdict

This isn't straightforward as the Dalgleish pair have some respectable form on turf but both have been absent since last October, which makes choosing between them difficult as there's only a couple of pounds between them on official ratings. Maulesden May is the one proven over this trip, however, so might come out best. Amuletum shaped fairly well on her first run for this stable since leaving the Halford yard in Ireland and should progress again but the vote goes to DOSE. She has failed to get her head in front over the winter but has performed consistently well, should stay this trip and can make the most of her assured fitness off an acceptable mark.
