    Verdict

KEEP IT COOL won off a 9lb higher in Ireland and has slipped down the weights since joining David O'Meara. A much better effort when runner-up at Doncaster during the week hinted at a return to form and an apprentice's 5lb allowance strengthens his chances further. Mason Hindmarsh has decent claims on his latest third at Thirsk but Brasingaman Eric has been raised another 2lb for a five length defeat over track and trip last month. Major Domo looks best of the rest on his latest fourth at Catterick.
