        Verdict

        Last year’s winner Dreamofdiscovery is having his first outing since and is 4lb higher today. ELIXSOFT carries 6lb extra but is dropped in class having beaten the re-opposing Insurplus over course and distance a week ago. He won a shade cosily on that occasion and should make another bold bid. Corked posted her best effort for a while when second at Wolverhampton last month and can figure while Roman De Brut finished in front of Gabrial's Kaka when fourth at the latter track having slid down the weights in the last year or so.
