Mandarin tackles this trip for the first time but was going away at the finish over 1m2f at Windsor and a 5lb rise shouldn't prevent another big run. Dragons Voice scored over this trip on soft ground on the latter track and almost defied a 5lb rise at Thirsk when coming from a long way back. FRONTISPIECE (NAP) completed a double on his first two starts for Sir Michael Stoute but lost his way and changed stables. He's gradually been brought back to form and his victory at Newbury was in a higher grade so a 3lb rise doesn't look enough to prevent a double. Battle Of Marathon is 1-28 on Turf but came close to doubling his tally at Yarmouth, though this is a better race. Done Deal was a 33/1 winner on his debut at Chelmsford a year ago but hasn't shown much subsequently.
