The progressive MAJESTIC PRIDE represents last year’s winning yard having won a conditions race over track and trip on his return to action. Further improvement is expected and he gets the vote. Listed winner Iconic Moment finished in front of Shouldvebeenaring at Lingfield and debuts on Turf having failed to get a clear run at Chelmsford last time. Ryan Moore takes over the reins today while Benacre had the measure of both Arabian Storm and Tenjin when fourth in a Listed contest at Newcastle and drops back down to his winning trip. Crystallium never figured in the Fred Darling at Newbury and Wiltshire was well beaten in the Greenham.
