      Verdict

      Not a strong race by any means and it would be no surprise if Summer Recluse proved good enough at the first time of asking if handling the underfoot conditions. Branston Tiger has shown a consistent level of form of late but is an unknown quantity on the ground while War Valor has had plenty of chances and is probably flattered by a handicap mark of 80.
