        Verdict

        Larousse is the TEAMtalk selection to bounce back to form and land a competitive finale. The daughter of Unfuwain, who will have no problems with underfoot conditions, refused to settle when tried over 2m last time and will prove more effective returned to this trip. Ascari is fairly well treated but is unproven in the conditions while Alsyati looks high enough in the weights at present. Missile Toe ran well off this mark in similar ground at Leicester recently given that he spread a plate during the race and should go well while Briery Mec is on a winning mark and should not be dismissed lightly in an open heat.
