Verdict

Majrooh hasn’t won since 2015 but wasn’t beaten far at Pontefract last month and can race off the same mark. Bit Of A Quirke won four in a row in June and July but three of those were at Beverley and he came unstuck back at that course last time. LOVE TO BREEZE (NAP) has gone up 4lb since second on her handicap debut in June but the winner of that race also won next time and was only beaten a short-head in a Group 2 at Goodwood last week so Ed Vaughan’s Azamour filly looks the one to beat in this company. Trulee Scrumptious has won six times here but never off a mark this high.
