        Verdict

        APPOINTEE was beaten five lengths when third on her debut at this track in June. That form looks considerably stronger now given the Godolphin pair in front, Discourse and Gamilati, have subsequently won Group races and John Gosden's filly looks the one to beat on that evidence. Lady Loch made a promising introduction at York, while Besito and Lady Jameela's recent placed efforts entitle them to consideration. Soho Rocks cost 110,000gns and some fancy entries suggest she could prove the best of the newcomers.
