Verdict
Derby entry Vincent's Forever made a winning start at Leicester in October and Irish 2000 Guineas entry Chief Whip won in the Coolmore colours for Richard Hannon at Sandown on his debut. The betting could prove a significant pointer to the chances of the above pair. Hannon also runs Newbury maiden winner Tabarrak, Paul Hanagan's preferred choice ahead of Thikriyaat despite having ridden the latter to victory at Chelmsford. But MOHAB has a string of fancy entries and was not far behind runner-up and subsequent Listed winner Haalick when third in good company at Doncaster in September. Kevin Ryan's colt should have the measure of 6f winner Zhui Feng on these terms with the remainder harder to fancy.
