In depth

Verdict

Rodrigo Diaz ended last year with a hat-trick on the all-weather and returns to action off a 10lb higher mark. AADDEEY (NAP) made his reappearance over 1m2 at Newbury when beaten less than a length despite a slow start. He’s have come on for that and will handle any cut in the ground. Kaloor placed over track and trip when last in action in September and has switched yards while High Commissioner landed a double on the all-weather earlier but has yet to win on Turf. Hawridge Flyer finished runner-up in a lower grade contest at Windsor last time but former Ballydoyle inmate Gauntlet is preferred now handicapping.
