      Verdict

Bronze Cannon, Metaphoric and Papal Bull have been the last three winners but none was at the head of the market and pinpointing which of these twelve runners has the ability to follow in their footsteps is far from easy. Dialogue, Everynight and MURAWEG are the three that we'll concentrate on and we'll put our faith in Richard Hills in the hope that he's chosen the right one of the Hamdan Al Maktoum trio. Imposing is interesting given his big race entries and was probably over the top on his final start; he's bred to come into his own over middle distances. Nawaadi didn't shape too badly at Kempton and Zaaqya should improve for the trip but the owner's retained jockey partners Muraweg who won cosily at Lingfield and shapes as though he'll stay this far. The form of the maiden in which he ran on debut has worked out well. Dialogue was behind Zaaqya in October but has been well placed to win twice over the winter and should continue to improve. Perpetually did the job well enough on debut even though the form is nothing out of the ordinary and stronger claims on the limited evidence are held by Everynight who knuckled down to the task in hand in admirable fashion at Doncaster. The first three all attracted support and pulled clear of the field so the form could well stack up. Few are ruled out but Muraweg is the one that we've plumped for.
