      Verdict

A few of these come here on the back of below par performances but we'll give another chance to Harald Bluetooth whilst Kiwi Bay and Rochefort are others that could go well. James Fanshawe's charge was very well backed last time but trailed home in last behind Kalahari Gold. He has won on good to firm ground so the ground cannot be offered up as an excuse but he looked useful when winning his two starts prior to that and is taken to bounce back. Indian Skipper was outclassed in a Group 3 following his maiden win but is of interest back at this level with his yard going well with Angel Rock and Alwaabel others that may prove capable of better. Rochefort and Kiwi Bay have form in the book although the former hasn't quite lived up to expectations. He has been well backed on more than one occasion and races from the same mark as when second at Kempton; he handles soft ground and should be involved. Kiwi Bay has rarely raced over this trip but should see it out well enough and will relish the ground. He's more exposed than the majority but is a reliable sort who may well be able to get his head in front if some of his more fancied opponents fire blanks. We'll be hoping that doesn't occur though and will take Harald Bluetooth to hit the target.
