In depth

Verdict

Lomu, a seven-times winner, returned from a break at Salisbury and led for most of the way though had no answer to Beyond Equal. BENEFIT STREET beat stable companion Araifjan a short-head on the Rowley Course in May and has raced in better company the last twice. The latter led for a long way over 6f at Chelmsford and losing a shoe won't have helped but the winner should again have his measure on these terms. Centurion Song has only won at Southwell but Michael's Choice always shows good speed . Nibras Again is 2lb better in than for future handicaps and Paul Midgley knows how to place his sprinters.
