Verdict
Not much to go on but on breeding Silverleaf and Eqdaam look to be the more likelier suitors to first prize. Silverleaf's dam was the useful Lovely Millie. Ironically she won the Empress Stakes at this track ten years ago so there are plenty of positive omens in the breeding if nothing else. Eqdaam is related to plenty of winners and with Fallon aboard, is sure to be popular. Red Chairman is an expensively purchased colt and while relatives did win races as juveniles, seven furlongs is probably sharp enough. Seyaadi possesses a likeable pedigree although Ed Dunlop is currently 0 from 7 with his juveniles this year. Richard Hannon's Solent and Councellor are watched in the market while Catch A Star has been highly tried on two starts and has not been disgraced on either. One for the video and Silverleaf appeals to us most on breeding.
