        Verdict

        Starlite Serenade is upped in class after scoring at Goodwood last month while Waveguide's winning run came to an end over track and trip last week. Magique has been placed in lesser company so far this season and Saucy Minx beat Al Manaal in a modest affair at Brighton earlier this month. By contrast, Folk Melody may do better dropping down in class and MIDNITE ANGEL has also been keeping good company. The latter failed to figure in the Sandringham at Ascot last time but will find this easier and can score off her current mark.
