Verdict
The Queen's Diploma made a promising start here at the beginning of the month when staying on nicely and will be much better for that experience. Rio's Cliffs had run well enough on her debut here to be sent off favourite at Newbury but was soon done with after attempting to make all. Pursuitofthestars cost 320,000gns and made her debut at Doncaster where she reared up at the start and ran very green. She'll have come on enormously for the run and should get into contention though all of the newcomers are bred to win good races and a chance is taken that BLUE MOON RISING, a half-sister to 7f winner Ijmaaly and out of a superbly-bred mare, is forward enough to do herself justice.
